The Hernandez Research Group lead by Prof. Christopher J. Hernandez is part of the Departments of Orthopaedic Surgery and Bioengineering and Therapeutic Sciences at University of California, San Francisco. We are part of the Health Innovations Via Engineering (HIVE) center and the UCSF Musculoskeletal Center.

Prof. Hernandez visited the White House on April 18 as part of a delegation of the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers to advocate for increased participation of Latinos in engineering.
